Welcome to the Injury Claim Centre - We give specialist advice on Personal Injury Claims in Ireland

Since 2003 processing Injury claims in Ireland was revolutionised by the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003.  Since then all personal injury claims (excluding Medical Negligence) must first be submitted to the Injuries Board.  The Injuries Board is a state body which may assess the value of the claim if both you and the insurer for the Defendant consents.

There are several options open to both you and the Defendant in dealing with the Injuries Board.  The options taken are critical to your claim and are decisions which you will not be informed to take without professional legal advice.  At the Injury Claim Centre we have thirty years experience as Lawyers in advising on injury claims.

You do not need a Solicitor to complete this process and the Injuries Board will deal directly with claimants.  However, the Injuries Board do not give advice in relation to liability or the value of a claim.

It takes up to nine months to deal with the Injuries Board.  At the end of that period the Defendant may refuse the assessment.  You must then commence a Civil Court case by instructing your Solicitor.

At the Injuries Claim Centre we will advise you in dealing with the Injuries Board.  We will also advise you on the value of your claim.  Most importantly we will advise you on liability which is critical if the case is not satisfactorily assessed by the Injuries Board.
